The Farmer City Raceway will be hosting the Summer Sizzler, a Monster Midwest Series race, this coming Friday, July 23rd. The 40-lap UMP Late Model feature will pay $2,000 to win. The UMP Modifieds ($600 to win $90 to start), Baum Chevrolet UMP Crate Late Models ($400 to win $60 to start), UMP Street Stocks ($200 to win $25 to start), and UMP Hornets ($100 to win) will also be in action Friday night. The make-up feature for the Hornets from April 30th will also be run. Gate Admission: $15, Pit Admission: $35 Gates open at 4:00, Hot laps 6:30, Qualifying 7:00, Racing 7:30 The raceway is located on Route 150 just off Interstate 74 @ Exit 159 at the Farmer City / Dewitt County Fairgrounds in Farmer City, IL.
